This morning I went on a very long walk thinking about all the wonderful things I’m blessed with. Every corner I rounded showed me some new beauty like this field of bright little buddies.

While I’ve been studying Spanish my brilliant sister has been studying hard for the Foreign Service Exam. Today was her test, and guess what? SHE PASSED! I’m so proud of you Rachel. Congratulations for all the hard work you’ve already put in, I can’t wait to see what is up next for you!

Upside down and rain stained, that’s slightly how today felt. Brit was having a rough day so she came over and we watched crime dramas while trying to get some work done..
We ended the day out dining on a sun soaked patio by the river.

Woke up today to find my bike stolen. It felt very intrusive and sad.
Then I got my mind off the ugly by going on a sailing adventure with a very patient teacher.
I was soaked by the end of the lesson but we had a blast, no photos though, because I would have ruined all my equipment in that water! haha
