Atlast! The first bit of sunshine in nearly a week. What a true delight it was to sit in its warm rays, even if I was under a blanket. I spotted some firsts of the Wisconsin buds and look forward to use this new slow pace to watch them develop over the coming days.
Taking baths just to fill the time. I’ve finished three books in the last week. I’m hoping with a new month comes some new ambitions.
Now i’ve actually lost track of the days as they flow together. We spend a lot of time reading, listening to podcasts and discussing how people must have spent their time in the age of Austen or Dickens.
Dizzied by the electronic veil required for all social interaction, we’ve turned to more creative pursuits. My gorgeous mamma will never cease to find something lovely to improve upon still.
At least we put on fresh socks. .
Today, feeling stir crazy we decided to drive to our sister’s house and play loud ice cream truck music outside trying to surprise everyone in the home.
Our grandmother was ticked with her Turtle Sundae. We didn’t have any proper medical gloves but my choppers served to keep germs at bay.
